Nice location; however, the rooms are basic in amenities, and furniture and curtains look old and stained at some points. The restaurant is really nice with variety of options for all tastes for breakfast and great service.

Enjoyable and comfortable stay. Walking distance to Al Kout promenade, beach and mall - or to the fountain cafes. A relaxing environment with rooftop and indoor pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Very good value and an excellent breakfast!
