I had an appointment scheduled at 17:00, and I arrived 5 minutes early. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting for an entire hour, and the doctor only showed up at 18:00. I found this extremely unprofessional, so I canceled my appointment and left. Respecting patients’ time should be a priority.

I went to the fourth floor for a facial. Their work was terrible. The woman who did it wasn't professional; she didn't know how. I left with blackheads and my face was inflamed. She applied scrubs and steam a million times and used a cleansing brush a million times, thinking that was how she cleaned…
