Very Bad Branch. They force you to take Credit Card for opening a salary account even if you do not want it. They will say it is free for the first year, but we have to pay 25 KD for the second year. Even if we want to cancel the card during the free year, we have to pay 25 KD.

Worst worst branch Especially the peson sitting in customer help desk. He dont know anything, if u ask anything he will roam somewhere n say come tomorrow thatsall he knows. When i asked how to activate online banking he said no online banking for KFH 😡😡🥵
