I've been at least 5 times this year and every appointment was delayed. Also, I was told to wait for the insurance's response to get a surgery date. The insurance had approved paying the full fees for the surgery for a whole month before the hospital staff contacted me and informed I had to pay 70%.…

Very bare bones. Customer service is passable, not a very welcoming energy or feel, and appointments are never on time.
