Poor reception service, lack of attention, and very slow staff. What’s worse is that when you submit a complaint and are told that management will contact you, no one ever does. It used to be one of the best clinics, but because of these employees it became 👎🏼

I've been at least 5 times this year and every appointment was delayed. Also, I was told to wait for the insurance's response to get a surgery date. The insurance had approved paying the full fees for the surgery for a whole month before the hospital staff contacted me and informed I had to pay 70%.…
