One of the worest corporate banking in Kuwait. Mobile app is sluggish, otp takes for ever to be sent, links don't work. I dont know why any business would ever consider KIB.

Worst application,if you face any problem regarding your account no one guides properly. Takes too much time in proceeding. Unsatisfied with the app.

Very slow . I arrived 1st and still had to wait 30 min for the teller to mistaking with the amount on my check and let me wait another 60 min. For him to fix his mistake that almost costed me 400kd.
