Very Bad Service in Hawally Branch. They literally said they don't have cash. I am wondering why they run a Bank without cash. wasting our time.

Very lazy staff. They should at least be a little professional. This was my third visit to change my card but the staff keeps on sending me to different branches instead of fixing the issue.
