The service is very poor and slow, and there is no hot water in the bathroom. Water also leaks outside the bathroom. I truly do not recommend booking this hotel. The staff’s attitude is bad, and despite the hotel’s already very poor rating, it does not deserve a 4-star classification.

We had a Private Party in Park Avenues Hotel, their Ball Rooms / Hall are of good size and well maintained. However, I believe Service can be further improved. Overall good experience.
